For years we have had requests from customers for recipes for their favourite Maison Bleue dishes. In response to this we have decided to give away to customers one new recipe free each month.

We did a trial run with a customer who came back to tell us she had friends around for dinner recently and decided to go for it. She served up Maison Bleue's famous "seared tuna".
